Price and payment
How do I pay?
You pay in cash at the visit. There is no travel fee.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 75 EUR per visit. People at the same address can combine services.
Areas and hours
Where do you travel?
We visit customers across Berlin. We check the address when you request an appointment.
When can appointments start?
Appointments are available daily from 10 am and finish by 10 pm.
Cancellations and changes
How do I cancel?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
